Promo Mechanics:

  1. The promo is available to all active principal and supplementary credit cardholders of BDO (Mastercard, Visa, JCB, American Express, Diners Club, and UnionPay). Corporate, distribution, and purchasing cards are excluded.
  2. This promotion runs from September 9 to December 31, 2024, and is available exclusively at participating BDO-accredited partner stores. Card brand acceptance may vary by store.
  3. BDO Credit Cardholders can avail of BNPNY in-store with the following benefits:0% interest for up to 12 months
  4. Regular installment with a low 1% add-on rate per month for up to 12 months
  5. Option to pay 4 months later
  6. Participating stores may determine the terms, applicable items/services, and channels for the BNPNY offer.
  7. Monthly installment add-on rates apply to regular installment options.
  8. All BNPNY transactions are subject to bank approval.
  9. The full BNPNY transaction amount, including interest, will be deducted from the cardholder's available credit limit.
  10. The BNPNY promo runs until December 31, 2024. Installments will begin on the 4th statement cycle after the original transaction date.
  11. Customers may request to accelerate the remaining balance under certain conditions, subject to a processing fee.
  12. In case of dispute, BDO’s decision prevails, in concurrence with DTI.
  13. Complaints will be handled within 7-10 banking days with complete information and supporting documents.

Terms and Conditions:

  1. Eligibility: The BNPNY promo is available to individual customers at participating Airwheel and Alpha Lifestyle branches. Business or bulk purchases are excluded unless otherwise approved.
  2. Promo Period: The promotion runs from September 9 to December 31, 2024. Airwheel and Alpha Lifestyle reserve the right to end the promo early with reasonable notice.
  3. Payment Terms: Avail up to 12 months of BNPNY with zero interest, subject to BDO's approval. The first payment is due after the payment holiday period. Late payment penalties will be disclosed at the time of signing.
  4. Availability: The BNPNY promo is valid only at participating Airwheel and Alpha Lifestyle stores, subject to stock availability. Exclusions may apply.
  5. Exclusions: The BNPNY promo cannot be combined with other discounts or promotions. It cannot be applied retroactively to purchases before or after the promo period.
  6. Approval Process: All BNPNY applications are subject to BDO’s credit approval process. Airwheel and Alpha Lifestyle do not guarantee approval.
  7. Stock and Product Availability: BNPNY offers are subject to product stock availability and are sold on a first-come, first-served basis.
  8. Returns and Cancellations: Products purchased under this promo are subject to standard return and exchange policies. If returned, the BNPNY agreement will be canceled, and any outstanding balance will still be payable.
  9.  Modification or Cancellation: Airwheel and Alpha Lifestyle may modify, suspend, or cancel the promo without prior notice. Customers with approved BNPNY will have their original terms honored.
  10. Limitation of Liability: Airwheel and Alpha Lifestyle are not responsible for technical issues or delays in processing BNPNY transactions.
  11. General Conditions: By availing of this promo, customers agree to abide by these terms. Any disputes will be governed by the laws of the Philippines.
